Attention Cypress Kindergarden through 3rd Grade Students:

The Cypress Community Festival Association is sponsoring a special coloring contest just for you!

.

All you have to do is color the picture on the reverse side of the application form. You may use crayons, colored pens, pencils, paint or whatever.  Use your imagination – it’s up to you!

.

Prizes will be awarded to two individuals from each Cypress elementary school.

• One award in the Kindergarten/First grade category
• One award in the Second/Third grade category.

Contest winners will receive their awards at the Cypress Community Festival on July 28, 2012 where their artwork will be displayed.

Each student MUST provide their name, address with city and zip code, school, grade and home phone at the bottom of the entry form. Contestants will be disqualified if all the information is not supplied.

Entry forms may be turned into your school office or the Cypress Chamber of Commerce office, 5550 Cerritos Ave. Suite D, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 24, 2012.
